Rock is best know for his role as Dirk in the hit UPN series “All of Us”. In April, viewers will see Rock on Bounce TV's new orginal show Mann & Wife. In addition to his 15 years of experience in entertainment, Rock established the MyROCK Diabetes Foundation, a charity organization in honor of his late father, Julius.
MyRock Foundation was created to help build awareness and prevention of diabetes among African Americans.

The foundation raises awareness of diabetes and its effects on the African American community. Every year, Rock hosts family-focused fundraising events in New York and California.
In 2015, Rock kicked off a "Get Fit Stay Fit" campaign, a Celebrity Boot Camp that empowers people with the tools needed to stay healthy. Sponsored by his MyROCK Diabetes Foundation, Participants engage in a variety of fitness activities at no cost.
