Chef Terry Sargent had a child as a teenager. He wasn’t ready to be a father. He admits he wasn’t a good father at the time. He wasn’t surrounded by likeminded peers, and being a parent wasn’t his main priority.
A switch happened once he realized his wife can do everything on her own, and she did not need him. From there, he began to be more engaged with his two children.
